The Backup Plan: Mothers

Although more dads have been much more involved with childcare than generations past, when the pandemic hit it was moms who took on the additional child care duties, teaching, and even quit their jobs.

Moms, with young and school-age children please take care of yourselves as you continue to make massive sacrifices for your children and family in light of the pandemic.

Remember, you are not alone.  Many moms feel your struggle and it's okay to ask for help and safely reach out to your partners and other moms.
