Dear Moms and Couples with young children,
I thought of you yesterday as my husband and I were walking our dogs through the park. It was wonderful to see so many families and children running, playing, and laughing together. I thought of you and hope you've been able to get outdoors, relax, and play together.
I hope your holidays feel a bit lighter this year. I know you and other moms and couples with young kids are adjusting to learning to live with Covid-19. Thanks to more people getting vaccinated, wearing masks when indoors, and washing your hands (not a bad idea with flu season here).
I heard a psychologist on CNN share that young children are doing the best out of all the age groups, as they get to spend more time with their parents. However, I’m concerned about you and your husband/partner who may be trying to still work from home while taking care of young children.
I wanted you to know I’m thinking of you and your families especially during this busy holiday time, and I wanted to share a free gift that I made especially for you. It will help relieve pressure from the stress you may be holding in your body, and make space for more calm and clarity on what you’re truly grateful for during this busy time.
Please feel free to share with your partner, or any other moms that would benefit from this relaxation practice.
Click here for your free gift of 20 minutes (even though I said it’s 10-15 mins, it truly is 20 minutes long) of full body relaxation and a peaceful scene meditation.
Enjoy and stay healthy my friends!
Happy Holidays to you and your families,
Lori
P.S. Please hit reply to privately let me know how you are doing and if there are any specific topics that I can write about that will help ease your stress, add self-care, and Build Couple Time With Your Family In Mind.
